Resi4Rent
Didasko: a modular e-learning template for educators featuring course management, quizzes, certificate automation and secure payment integration.
Brief
Resi4Rent is Poland’s leading institutional rental platform, but its website no longer matched the brand or user expectations. The old design was cluttered, navigation unclear, and the rental flow too complex. The challenge: align the platform with a modern lifestyle brand and deliver a seamless, mobile-first journey that makes renting simple, trustworthy, and engaging.

Research & Insights
User research showed that tenants struggled to quickly access key information, the application flow felt overwhelming, and mobile use was underserved. Trust signals — crucial in real estate — were also weakly communicated. Competitive analysis revealed similar issues across the market: cluttered interfaces, heavy forms, little differentiation. The opportunity was clear: make Resi4Rent simple, mobile-first, and trustworthy, positioning it not just as a rental platform but as a lifestyle brand.

Approach
I mapped the full user journey and simplified it into a clear task flow — from browsing apartments to completing an application. Key actions were reduced, CTAs unified, and forms streamlined for clarity. The redesign introduced a mobile-first approach, ensuring smooth browsing, filtering, and application on any device. Before/after comparisons showed a shift from heavy, text-driven layouts to clean interfaces with strong visuals, trust signals, and intuitive navigation. UI decisions focused on clarity, consistency, and lifestyle storytelling, creating a design system that reflects both functionality and brand identity.
